Katerina's Guest House is ideally situated for the amenities of pretty Rothbury Village - and the beautiful countryside of the Coquet Valley. Its central position makes it the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful Cheviot Hills, Heritage Coast and Castles, Lindisfarne, Hadrian’s Wall, Alnwick Castle and gardens, Cragside House/Estate and the Scottish Borders.
We are right on the High Street, within minutes of shops and restaurants, yet far enough removed to be quiet when it counts.

The building was originally part of an historic Coaching Inn. It now has three beautiful en-suite bedrooms, each decorated and colour co-ordinated to enhance their individual character. Some have original stone fireplaces/ beamed ceilings; all have 4-poster beds, remote control TV, superbly stocked tea-tray (with home-made scones!) and many other little perks for your enjoyment.

We offer wide and really interesting choices for breakfast; licensed evening menus are also available – sample Cath’s home-made bread every morning, or try our famous "whisky porridge". At night, there's a full menu to chose from - dishes like vegetarian nutballs, pastas, garlic chicken, salmon in dill sauce or Steak Katerina! We are also licensed!
